So on day 28, I drew a woman, holding an apple. This is not anybody I know, I just made her up. I just kind of had in mind the witch that gave Snow White the apple, but a nicer looking woman.

Wanda's Art challenge
Wanda's at Wanda's Art Blog, challenged people to draw a person.
So on day 28, I drew a woman, holding an apple. This is not anybody I know, I just made her up. I just kind of had in mind the witch that gave Snow White the apple, but a nicer looking woman.
I also started drawing a picture of my son. Right now it is in pencil and it is not finished, but I did start it.
When I finish it, I will post it. It might be a while, painting someone you know is a little challenging.

Wanda, thankyou for the challenge. I hope my son's picture turns out good, the further along I get on it. I am a little afraid to paint it. It is hard getting skin color just right.
What a wonderful job you did on both of these. I am looking forward at seeing your son's finished portrait.
I agree drawing real people is a challenge to do. I enjoy doing imaginary people as well as cartoons myself.
