This week's words were: transfixed, treachery, basics, fragrance, sampler, pregnant, cartoons, lark, spartan and for the mini: rapid, camping, blandishments, transitory, plug-ins
I am just doing the 10 word one today. The mini is a challenge. I could not think of blandishments in a sentence today.
Here is my 10 word wordzzle.
On a lark, Joe slapped on a helmet and picked up his plastic sword. Raising his arm in the air, shouting "I am Spartan!"
His wife was sitting on the lounge chair, going through her frangrance sampler packs from Avon. "Joe, it is not Spartan, it's Sparta."
Joe turned and pointed the sword at her, "Oh, the treachery of it all!"
Sighing, she got up and said "Let's get down to basics here, I am pregnant and all I feel like doing is sitting in front of the TV and watching cartoons all day long."
Joe didn't answer her. He was transfixed by his plastic sword, dreaming about Sparta and gladiators.

Very funny. Married to one child and expecting another, eh? Just so you know, your Mr. Linky link took me to last week's wordzzle.
What a great little sketch! You have caught the idea of men as big kids really well - and I totally understand about the mini, it was a real struggle for me too. I swear you're getting better at this by the week!
Very funny!! Perhaps the baby's name should be Spartacus, then?
Have a great week!
